You can close your account at any time by emailing support@uuok.wine. Please withdraw all funds before closing your account — recovering balances from a closed account can take considerable time.

• Accounts may be closed without warning for violations of the Terms & Conditions
• If fraud is established, all deposited funds may be forfeited
• Requesting Self-exclusion will automatically suspend your account for the specified duration
• Any valid balance in a closed account will be returned after verification
